What platforms does eHorus support? Can it work on Windows XP?
This server remote control software supports all versions of Windows, including XP, Linux (in all its variants CentOS, Debian, SuSe and Redhat) and Mac (from Leopard). It can also be integrated with IoT Raspberry.
For Windows XP you must install .NET 4.0 Framework and have at least XP SP3.
How does the remote control of eHorus servers work? Is it integrated in Pandora FMS?
The eHorus server acts as an intermediary between the devices and the client. In each PC, laptop or raspberry you will have to install an agent with which you will be able to communicate via the server. The integration with Pandora FMS, in charge of systems monitoring, is very simple since the client is properly integrated in the Pandora FMS console.
What are the modalities and licenses of eHorus?
There are two versions of this software with the possibility of integrating it in Pandora FMS: SaaS (online and by subscription) and On-premise, with perpetual license.

Yes, you can access eHorus from anywhere, connecting through a web browser with your username and password.
Can I sort my list of machines into groups?
Yes, with eHorus you can have as many groups as you want, in addition to being able to search for them by description, adding small text tags to be able to search for them later on and thus to find your devices in a fast and personalized way.
Can I have multiple users so that different employees can see only a few machines?
Yes, you can manage 500 devices and distribute them in different groups, then, you can add different users to have access to certain machines.
